1957 Gold Stratocaster This is the one that went on the front and back cover of Yasuhiko Iwanade's excellent book. Gold hardware, gold colour. Credits: Scanned from Yasuhiko Iwanade's "The Galaxy of Strats" .	1963 Stratocaster In Shoreline Gold	1989 HLE/Homer Hayes Stratocaster 1/500 made. Gold anodized parts, gold-plated hardware, V-shaped neck. The 2nd ltd edition model. It's based on a 1950s Strat. HLE = Hayes Limited Edition.	HLE/Homer Hayes Stratocaster More Info. Fender Custom Shop 29th Anniversary Strat & Tele set

#8 of 29, were made in celebration of Guitar Center's 29th birthday. At the time GC had 29 stores, and Fender built 29 pairs of guitars, 1 for each store. They are made with alder bodies, Birdseye Maple necks and fretboards and use Texas Special pickups. The finish is a stunning Gold "Hollow-flake" with chrome hardware. These guitars will only be sold as a set; this keeps the pair together and retains the collectiblity. The pair comes with the original hardshell cases and certificates of authenticity. What a pair....
